Description :
PVC Insulated PVC Sheathed Flat Cable Twin and Earth Wire available in sizes 1mm to 16mm and 1, 2 or 3 core. These PVC sheathed surface wiring cables, or Twin and Earth flat cables, which are generally used in domestic wiring of fixed installations. This British standard BS6004 cable is suitable to be fixed directly onto surfaces, ran through cable tray, Embedded or in free air,if there are no hazards from mechanical impact damage. These cables are not intended to be laid under ground.
Construction:
1.Conductor: Plain annealed copper solid (1.0 - 2.5mm²) or stranded (4.0 - 16.0mm²) circular conductor complying with BS EN 60228 Class 1 or Class 2.
2.Insulation: PVC Insulation complying with BS EN 50363-3.
3.Sheath: PVC sheath complying with BS7655.
4.Circuit Protective Conductor. 300/500V.
